Thunderstorm
This shot was made in the swampy peat moors of ‘Hohes Venn’, the greatest (4500 ha) and oldest National Park of Belgium and the most unique nature biotope in the land.
Just a few minutes before a heavy thunderstorm broke loose, a profound silence ruled above the vast and desolate landscape.
All was calm over there and as still as a mouse.
But then came the thunderstorm. It lasted half an hour and there was absolutely no possibility to take shelter.......
Quite a dangerous experience.
Location : Grande fagne (Hohes Venn, Belgium)

Das sieht wirklich bedrohlich aus.Mir wäre es mulmig geworden, zumal man sich im Venn (insbesondere
bei Dämmerung oder gar Dunkelheit) auch mal schnell verlaufen hat...
