Hudson Winter Sunset No. 1

Certainly, the most dramatic photographs of the Mario Cuomo Tappan Zee Bridge would have to be
those showing the soaring modern towers and the patterns created by the suspension cables for the
twin spans over the Hudson River. And I did take several of just that aspect on this December evening.

However, when a flock of Canadian Geese decided to dive into the river, here at Tarrytown,
I was happy to shoot this more conventional section of the bridge, as I wasn't certain about
the avian visitors staying put while I shifted to another location!

The Bridge connects Tarrytown with Nyack on the western side, over this very broad section of the river..
