The blown out highlights on the back of the pedestrian to the right of the image pulls my eye there and away from the 'old rocker'. The tonal ranges are not especially well represented across the board to be a gallery contender, imo, and to be a high quality high contrast image, I feel it falls short there as well, however, for a fast street scene capture it is a worthy prize.
