Hallo Willy,die haben eine seht schöne Schärfe und man kann so eine Frucht immer gerne mal zwischendurch knabbern.

....zum roh Knabbern etwas scharf, aber an Saucen eine feine, würzige Schärfe. Aber wohldosiert einsetzen, sind schärfer als die indonesischen "bird's eye peppers" (die ich sehr gerne zu Curries einsetze, zwei Stück je Portion )LG Ulf
