Double Crested Cormarant has been Identified.
I know this picture is not great...but can some one please tell me what kind of bird this is. I have check all bird directories for NC, east coast of US and US and can not find it. It was in a marshy area just after a storm on the coast of NC.
Web feet, yellowish orange bill, head and breast tan with dark brown spots and grey blue wings.

pic ain't too bad, bird is even taking a lovely pose,could it be the same I shot (with my camera) ?
