Buddha meditated under a fig tree (bodhi).
After a long meditation, he realizes that desire, greed, violence and ignorance are the cause of all suffering in the world.
He became aware that only those who overcome this can enter eternal nirvana.
The statue was captured inside the Wat Laem Suwannaram in Samut Sakhon at the Tha Chin river.
