hiya. look at the top of the screen and you will see in the TOP right corner some TABs labelled mypics - vote - upload - logout - ?info. click on the UPLOAD and then you'll be able to upload your pixs. just be sure to know where the fotos are in your PC plus the category you wish to upload them into. good luck!!
