Die Vanille von Madagaskar oder Sansibar ist nur die zweitbeste....Echte Bourbon-Vanille kommt von der Île de Bourbon, heute La Réunion. )Auch wenn sich andere inzwischen auch so nennen darf....) Wird dort nicht nur für Süsses eingesetzt, sondern auch zur Zubereitung von Geflügel oder Meeresfrüchten. Hab mir eine ausreichende Menge mitgebracht (inzwischen leider restlos aufgebraucht, und hier kriegt man bestenfalls welche aus Madagaskar) und einige Rezepte ausprobiert.Beispiel: https://www.marmiton.org/recettes/recette_canard-a-la-vanille-la-reunion_16719.aspx
