The desert of La Tatacoa, Colombia
This is a desert that has eroded away for thousands of years revealing fossils of prehistoric animals such as giant turtles and crocodiles and even a dinosaur. The desert extends for 56,000 hectares. A very interesting place for paleontologists and geologists.
