    Very nice.
    It seems to me that the subject of this photograph is not the trees - but rather - what the trees do to light.
    And that is a nice thing.

      Hi Mark, thank you. It was such a peaceful feeling. This type of scene is hard to find. It reminded me of when I was a kid. Like Summer Vacation.

      We have a few sequoia and wellingtonia trees in britain - introduced into aristocratic estates in the 19th century - and , perhaps some redwoods too, I'm not sure.
      Seeing your picture of redwood trees also makes me think of the van morrison song of the same name.
      You could look up the tune, and the lyrics , if you were interested.
      It's the only popular song that I'm aware of - on the subject of redwood trees.
