bei der Kleinstadt Sinaia ist das meistbesuchte touristische Ziel in Rumänien
Es wurde für König Carol I zwischen 1873 und 1883 erbaut.
Bis zu Carols Tod 1914 diente das Schloß als dessen Sommerresidenz.
