Reserve for refugees from Haiti
A rather sad example of the existence of a reception center for Haitian refugees who, as boat people, undertake the dangerous crossing from Haiti to Cuba and are held in reserve by the Cuban authorities. They are about to be deported back to Haiti.
I took the photo at Punta de Maisi not far from the lighthouse, before I was (politely) asked not to take any more photos.
