Pottery deals at the Intha market
For potters, Kyauk Taing village is mostly famous for its underground kilns.
The vondor woem are offering their products on the open market selling pottery for cheap prices.
Although pottery making is a core element of the community’s economy, the village is also self-sufficient and relies on community fishing and farming to balance out their revenue and subsistence.
