Poppies are always wonderful. I like your series. This year I didn't captured a single poppy. But last year I did.

  I was lucky to drive past this field.
  And then I returned there , the following morning, at about 8.
  It seemed (to me) late in the year for poppies.
  Also - it seemed to me probable that the farmer was delaying cutting the barley - because he also enjoyed the many poppies.

  It is late for poppies. In Germany you won't find them anymore I think. At least I didn't spot any poppies lately :-(
