i agree! love how the pink and purple of the illumination are reflected by the seemingly matte metal of the ceiling – kunst im öffentlichen raum, wo man sie am wenigsten vermutet: usually those subway tunnels have a hostil feel to them and look hopelessly ugly… this one doesn't. great, too, how that "band of illumination" stretches all the way down into the depth of the shot, looking a bit like a loosely folded ribbon… my favorite detail of all: the relaxed atttitude of the walking silhouette! usually you get people busily rushing to and fro. this one here is different: in der ruhe liegt die kraft… ; )) lg, sabine.
