Hi Greg,I like the idea of this picture (despite the motion blur). It has the atmosphere of a summer night in an old city. The bright colors of some bikes add interest to the scene.
I would suggest to remove most of the pavement below the wheels. That way the bikes give more base to the composition. Just a thought...
