Grüner Spargel gehört zu den Haupt- Anbauprodukten in den Cameron Highlands. Er wächst allerdings etwas früher als hier; die Aufnahme entstand im Februar.

Ich mag lieber den Bleichspargel in dünnen Stangen, so wie im Bild. Ist zwar schälintensiv aber lecker mit viel brauner Butter...lg Klaus
