this is a travelling attraction it is now in gateshead ,north east uk ,but has been in manchester and birmingham and last year i saw it while in paris

I wonder where this wheel situated. On the beginning i thought that this is London`s Golden Eye. But few seconds later i noticed that cabins are too small and big ball in the center of construction completely different. Interesting point of view.
