Drainage Mill "De Oostzijdse Molen"

This picture was taken with our first camera and our first colour film.

The mill "De Oostzijdse Molen" dates back to 1874 when it replaced a much older mill from 1486.
In 2009 the mill was fully restored and can again be used as a drainage mill.
It became well known because in the period 1902-1908 the Dutch painter
Piet Mondriaan painted the mill more than 20 times.
