Down and Out in San Francisco
In 2007 I went to San Francisco. Arriving there was a big shock for me! So many homeless, dirty people living off the streets. One African American even offered me dope in the bright afternoon sunligth when the policeman took an aircondition shower in a supermarket nearby.
I like this picture because it shows a drunken young man lying on grass right in the shadow of the American flag. It is sad to see so many aimless young and old, male and female lives without any hope in one of the richest countries in the world.
Get up, be proud of yourself and take you life in your own hands!
