Are you really sure about the Don Qichotte windmills not producing any electricity? *laugh*Yes, they are rather noise, which is one of the reasons why they are build away from the mainland, if possible. But a lot of people still complain about them, claiming they are an absolute eye sore. I personally think they can be quite aesthetic, though.

I have heard of this type of power source, but never really seen pictures of it like this. In Maine, we have a few stray windmills on land, but nothing out on the water. This is a very interesting subject.
