Delicious Bai cuisine
Once at the night tour in Dali we tried to enjoy the food of Bai people. Our friend and tour guide Daisy gave perfect recommendations:
Roasted duck, steamed rice, fried sea gras, century eggs, lotus salat, prawn crackers, fermented tofu and a glas of mango juice.
I never have any problems with eating food in other coutries, the Bai cuisine was remarkable for me.
