Clapping the Kendang drums
The rhythmic clapping on water is called ciblon in Indonesia. From this, the name of a particular drum beat technique and the shape of a kendang drum was derived, which is used in classical gamelan orchestra on Bali.
The boy is clapping the kengang during the Pengerebongan festival in Kesiman on Bali during the rounds at the temple complex.
