Chinese hors d'oeuvre

The dish as a starter in a Chinese restaurant in Bangkok downtown.
The most delicious part is the salad in the middle prepared with small cut jelly fish sesam corns fermented in vinagar sauce.
Further the sausage-filled lotus wraps, shrimp toast, Chinese-style spareribs, fried beef bundles and the Chinese snack the original ham sausage called Shuanghui.

    Sehr exotisch in unseren Augen. Ich probiere alles, aber ich würde mich schon recht vorsichtig herantasten.

      Viele der chinesischen Vorspeisen sind wunderbar schmckhaft, aber bei manchem ziehe ich auch an meiner Nase, wie z.B. Hühnerfüße oder Hühnergurgel, Mehlwürmer, Maeng da talay (Pfeilschwanzkrebse), oft probiert aber schmecken mir einfach nicht, Gruß Wolfgang
