Candi Bentar to Pura Rambut Siwi
Pura Rambut Siwi is a temple near the village Medewi southwest of Bali. After the Tirta yatra ceremony which was hold inside the temple yard the worshippers leave the temple through the Candi Bentar gate.
Balinese Candi Bentar are formally the main entrance gates of the temple, the Kori Agung very similar, but these are provided with a door and connected to each other. As a rule, this entrance is only opened during religious ceremonies. However, the Candi Bentar are not lockable and are therefore usually between two temple courts inside the plant.
