Altar of Goddess Dewi
Dewi Sri is the goddess of rice and fertility. She is honoured across many parts of Indonesia where rice forms the staple diet.
Shrines to her are constructed in wet rice fields and offerings made at important times in the harvest cycle.
This altar is an holy place inside the Pura Champuhan Windhu Segara in Kesiman the citypart of Denpasar on Bali.
