Ho fotografato anche io Venezia durante due mie visite a distanza di 40 anni. E la trovo una città da fotografare in bianco e nero o anche così come hai fatto tu, cioè dandoci quel tocco di velo d'antico. Ottimo taglio. Brava

  No, in realtà non era pieno giorno, ma a un'ora in cui la città era ancora immersa nel sonno, con In giro solo poca gente motivata.
  Grazie di esserti soffermato, cosa che apprezzo molto.

..the lion of Venice and S. Giorgio in the back - iconic items..and the column dominates the picture, which is in form and composition very satisfying..the only thing I would change is the soft green tinting...it gives the photograph a slightly sickly image...sepia or an old chamois tone would suit better, I think....for the gradation from white over light grey to black is very, very fine...A beautiful picture.   Actually I did it in many variations - from color to black and white - and then I chose this one, at random
