    Splendid vision.
    Kind regards

Thankyou. This is a complex of old port warehouses- built around 1870 - on the street called Shad Thames. This street runs east from the southern end of Tower Bridge. It seems to me that with the sloping gantries - the buildings evoke their busy past. Mark.

      This photograph deserves a star.

Nice one, I like the coiled shadow on the wall, which makes the photo more interesting and distinctive. I imagine it's difficult to take good photos in a metropolitan city like London. A place with high population and building density like London always exudes an atmosphere of alienation and indifference. Besides, it can be tricky to avoid various distractions from background, which can make pictures too crowded. Perhaps I'm wrong.

I don't really find alienation and indifference. Even with the uncomfortable heat - the predominantly foreign tourists, on the street everywhere, seem very happy to be part of a crowd  enjoying the sights. mark.

Trust me, you wouldn't always "be happy to be part of a crowd", because I've been privileged to be part of various crowds for more than 20 years.

"Tolles" is a new word for me. Thankyou. The picture is of old port warehouses near Tower bridge  - which were refurbished as (quite expensive) appartments. several years ago. The street is called "Shad Thames". Mark.
