Norway | Blåhammaren viewpoint |

Just out of the gate of the Mjelva campground near Åndalsnes the virtually unknown hike to Blåhammaren viewpoint starts. It leads up to 300 m a.s.l with a breath-taking view into the Rauma River valley (Romsdal) and Isterdal (CR 63 to Trollstigen).

In the middle you may recognize Trollryggen, one of the three peaks of Trolltindene at 1780m, which is connected to Europe´s highest vertical cliff, located in the Rauma valley.
On the left rises Romsdalshornet up to 1550 m a.s.l.

In the valley the river Rauma meanders to the Romsdalfjord, which is not far away from there.

I mostly regret that I didn´t had my camera at hand, but just my mobilephone to take a picture. So the panoramic view is of lower quality.
