I'm a freelance photographer living at Waltham Abbey in Essex, UK.
I've been taking pictures for some 35 years now and still enjoy the whole process and am learning all the time, which I really enjoy.
I always thought that the definition of a good photograph is that it's an image you could 'live with' on your living room wall; I always attempt to take good photographs...

Thanks Richard ... One of the advantages of living in the rainy NW. It was a grab shot at the end of the day, I just saw the last light catching the moss and thought it was worth a try and maybe come back another day to do a proper job ... I've tried several times since but all attempts fail to have the same atmosphere ;-)))Emerald Forest
