About me
I was born and brought up in India and in my thirties, left for USA where I currently live and practice as a physician. I have always been interested in photography. I started out with a vintage Kodak box camera and progressed to a Canon Rebel with 17-55 f2.8 lens and a 70-200 f4 Lens. Lately I have not been photographing much, but after joining this great site, I feel very much encouraged to start taking pictures again. I feel there is so much beauty on this earth, if only we will take time to really "see" it. Photography makes me concentrate on the form as well as essence of the object, look carefully at the light, surroundings, color and enhances my appreciation of all that is around us. It makes life more vibrant, more joyful. Greetings and best wishes to you all wonderful folk. It feels good to be here.
