Michael Lunse 01/29/2007 18:57As to a camera for 300 - 400 Euros; I like Canon, Pentax and Nikon. Specific model of camera depends on so many factors related to the type of pictures you want to take (portrait, landscape, macro, telephoto, wideangle, etc) and your situtation relative to size of camera body and lens combo you are willing to tolerate (small - pocket vs. large - hanging around your neck). They are all good for what they are made for and an inexpensive 300 Euro camer will not perform like a 1,000+ Euro camera. If you can afford it go for a DSL type camera that you can buy upgraded lenses for in the future.
