Critique straight and tough;1: Does the exposure and focus appear correct? Good light and exposure.
2: Does the composition work well? Good use of Zoom blur with just enough detail in the center of the image.
3: Is there an identifiable subject? Yes, sign in middle of image
4: Does the background / foreground clutter the scene or define it? Zoom effect eliminates foreground and background to a blur and adds to the image.
5: Are people and objects in the scene level? NA
6: Does the photo tell a story, invoke emotion? The image accomplishes the intent of the photographer very well.
