Würstelstand
An institutional curiosity in Singapore!
Right in the middle of Singapore's China Town one have the chance to eat Austrian and German sausages, Austrian beer and traditional centre Europe bread. Owner is the Austrian Eric a former cruise ship chef and a well known "landmark" of Singapore. The taxi driver brought me to China Town told he goes twice a week to have sausages and limonade. The würstelstand is inserted in a food court.

a curious site and great bright view of it .... sadly I did not have a taxi driver to pointit out to me (the German sausage lover :-))) ..... next time :-))
