the whole building is made this way: the same windows and several colours arranged casually in several levels....so that they make the buiding shine with powerful RED-GREEN-BLUE Colours in the distance....
a wonderful contrast by SUNSET....Architectur is a 'MATTER OF TASTE' ;-))
