White Winter Heather
White Winter Heather is a low-growing shrub with white colored blooms from januari to april that often start to flower while the plant is still covered in snow.
It’s native to the Alps, the northern Apennines and the Balkans, where it grows in coniferous woodlands or stony slopes.
Dutch name : Witte Winterheide (ook Witte Sneeuwheide genoemd)
German name : Weisse Schneeheide (auch Weisse Winterheide genannt)
Latin name : Erica carnea alba
