Perfekt!Die Wurst ordentlich gleichmäßig dunkel gebraten und nicht so lieblos hell und halbfertig. Und eine richtige Bäckersemmel ist auch dabei.
Ich hatte im Thüringer Wald schonmal Bratwurst in einer rohen Toastbrotscheibe bekommen. Sowas geht gar nicht.
