Runter vom Sofa!!
In Form zu kommen, beginnt im Kopf. Du musst bereit sein, deinen Hintern runter vom Sofa und rein ins Fitnessstudio zu bewegen. Das ist der erste, aber schwierigste Schritt. Sobald du allerdings die Entscheidung getroffen hast, dass du wieder in Form kommen willst, ist die größte Hürde bereits genommen.
