    Not at all gallery for a long list of reasons. The most glaring is the lack of contrast - seems you were going for a high key effect. Sharpness not there. Another, bad choice of garment - messy. Then bad hair and make up - it's important in a glamor portrait. The obvious peirced ear left bare. Tooooo sharp of an eye cut, just doesn't work, moving the face towards you would have given a better effect while till using a sexy cut. Cropping doesn't work. The nose needs to be within the cheek line. I think that's enough, but there is much more.
