the local bus fleet in Pago Pago / American Samoa ..... not meant for the tourists from the cruiseship, but Guy and I took a couple of the rickety drafty buses in the rain and over potholed and curduroy roads - and we enjoyed our adventure :-))))

Beautiful! I love those colourful buses. Maybe that's a way of overlooking the rickety nature of the ride - the more colourful, the better

love the colors – i usually associate them with cuba, why i don't know why, it's probably a cliché… great, how they (the colors not the cubans ; )) clash with the fascinating half-wet (?) monochrome tarmac in the foreground! i bet you enjoyed your adventure in the "national cruiser" – i hope that's the one you took? it's metal flake decoration makes it look powerful and trustworthy… kinda… ; )) hugs, sabine.

Herrlich, diese unterschiedlichen Fahrzeuge in den so bunten Farben! Der Dschungel geht bis an die Parkplätze und es war sicher etwas Besonderes - einmal nicht nur die üblichen Plätze zu besuchen!
