Nice catch ( encounter ) , is it in the wild .....?We have some over here in the Netherlands , called Beaver-Rats ,they are hunted down by professional hunters because they are a threat for the dikes because of their digging holes in it ....
Guess what, they serve em in restaurant in Belgium under the name Water-rabbit....;-))
