The Living Forest (34) : Wild Boar
Last week I made a few hikes in my favourite forest in the Belgian Ardennes and had an encounter with this Wild Boar.
These animals live mostly in groups, but I spotted only this female (called sow) who was walking all alone by herself.
Location : Hertogenwald at Meyerkreuz (Belgium)
Dutch name : Everzwijn
German name : Wildschwein
Latin name : Sus scrofa

Ein "wildes" Wildschwein fotografisch so gut zu erwischen ist schon etwas Besonderes, Mark und du hast es nicht nur in bester Schärfe und schönem Licht erwischt, sondern auch in einer passenden, urigen Umgebung!LG Gunther
