Hmmm..... You tried to capture the mood on this evening, but I think that you didn't quite succeed. Though there are some elements which I really like. There's the structure in the grass, the silhouette with the windmill and the horses... Each of them might have made a picture for itself...And there is the problem with the dynamic range... You see that the area around the sun is burnt out, no structure there. On the other hand when looking at the shadows you see that there is no contrast too, all is black. That's a usual problem with this kind of shots.
Taking a good picture of sunrise (or sunset) in my opinion needs a lot of experience, and can be very difficult.
If you want we can try a little bit together next time...
OK, now this sermon came out much longer than I intended, and I really hope that I did not discourage you. Keep on taking pictures!
