Das Stand Up Paddling (SUP), auch Stehpaddeln oder Stand Up Paddle Surfing genannt, ist eine Wassersportart, bei der ein Sportler aufrecht auf einer Art Surfbrett steht und mit einem Stechpaddel paddelt.
