Shopping plaza in Lhasa city
A modern shopping plaza on the road to the holy Jokhang temple on the corner to the Jingzhou E. Road in Lhasa. (Jingzhou is a city in southern Hubei in China with a population of more than 5 and a half Million inhabitants. I assume that the city in quite unknown in western countries!?)

Das Budweiser Bier ist in China weit verbreitet, obwohl das heimische Lhasa Beer mir besser gemundet hat.Früher war das Trinken von Bier stark verpönt in Tibet. Derzeit ist, im Gegensatz zu den Überzeugungen des tibetischen Buddhismus, bei der überwiegenden Mehrheit und auch bei den Tibetern das Biertrinken zu einer großen Beliebtheit geworden. Gruß Wolfgang
