Für mich ist das Foto zu eng beschnitten, mehr Luft nach allen Seiten, besonders in Blickrichtung fände ich besser.Ein ruhigerer Hintergrund würde dem Bild guttun.
Die Schärfe ist OK.
So würde es für mich ein sehr schönes Porträt sein.

Hier liegt die schärfe genau da wo diese sein sollte auf dem Augenbereich.
