People walk around the Shwedagon pagoda
Normally people should walk clockwise around a stupa or pagoda, but not so on the Shwedagon terrasse.
As you can realize the monk is walking anticlockwise.
Most people are carring a bottle of drinking water and their shoes in a plastikbag.
You cannot leave your shoes at the entrance gate, if later you'll exit an other way out.
