Thank you for your comment. No, this didn't turn out the way I wanted. There are actually several drops that aren't showing up the way they actually did. This is actually an area where hang gliders take off on a mountain near by house and is hard to get to and from. When I took this picture, I didn't have my Canon and took it with a point and shoot digital that doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

It looks much better than it came off here. But thanks for your suggestions and comments.

Humm... well there are a few things that would say about this image. As I look at the title, I understand your vision for the image, however I don't feel that you executed what you realy wanted. The rather large patch of grass that ocupies about half of the image is disturbing... just to much dead looking grass. Perhaps steping about 1.5 - 2 meters in front would have helpd you gain a better vantage point for the shot. Perhaps there is a drop of that we don't see that could have givent his image the effect you wanted. Also, the exposure is a bit off... perhaps try to manualy adjust the exposure settings (speed and appeture) to beter suit your vision.

Keep trying a shot a few time over the course of a week. Beter weather conditions and lighting may favor a beter image and allow you to capture the image you had in mind when you took this shot.
