Ol Doinyo Lengai am Morgen
Der heilige Berg der Massai ist mit 2960m etwa so hoch, wie die Zugspitze. Der aktive Vulkan liegt (gut zu sehen) am Ostafrikanischen Grabenbruch. Seine Asche wird u.A. in den nahen Lake Natron geschwemmt. Der Blick von dort ist atemberaubend schön. Besonders am frühen Morgen ist die Landschaft in ein wunderbar warmes Licht getaucht.
