Hi Diane, I have taken a lot of photos like this. If the Statue is the main object, I would have pulled it forward to focus on it, leaving the plants a little out of focus. Also If you waited until the light was more pastel or warmer, it could have given a more relaxing feeling. I hope this helped, Regards David
